Filing Fees For Washington Incorporations

The total filing fee for Washington Stock Corporations is $175.

You can also request expedited filing for an additional fee of $20. Expedited service can be requested for in-person and mail transactions. The fee is $20 per entity (in addition to regular fees). In-person expedited service requests received before 3:30 p.m. will be processed the same day, usually within one hour.

To receive expedited service by mail, enclose $20 per entity (in addition to regular fees) and write "EXPEDITE" in bold letters on the outside of the envelope. Your request will be processed within two working days of receipt or as soon thereafter as possible
