Filing Fees For Pennsylvania Incorporations

Pennsylvania charges $125.00 for a basic filing fees for a new incorporation. Certified copies are an additional $55.00 plus $3 per page.

Expedited filing is available for an additional fees of $70.00 per transaction.

Permissible payment methods include: (1) check or money order made payable to the "Department of State" (2) pre-established depository account.

Pennsylvania does not accept cash or credit cards. Checks may not be more than 6 months old.

Documents may be presented for filing by (1) direct delivery to one of the offices between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, (2) by mail (see address below), or (3) by facsimile.
