Filing Fees For New Jersey Incorporations The filing fee for a new Incorporation is $125.00. There is an additional fee of $25.00 to receive a certified copy of your Articles of Incorporation. It is generally recommended that you obtain a certified copy. You may need it to open a bank account or for other purposes. The charge for expedited over he counter filings is $15.00 Expedited filings guarantee review and action (filing or rejection) within 8.5 hours absent extraordinary circumstances. Expedited filings should be delivered to 225 West State Street, 3rd Floor, Trenton, NJ 08608-1001 either in person, by courier or express mail service. USPS overnight delivery does not deliver to the office so do not use that service. If you use expedited filing, include instructions on how the filed item should be returned; for example, completed Fed Ex forms with your account number and address completed. Fax Filing - You may file your Certificate of Incorporation by fax. There is an expedited fee charge of $50.00 applicable to faxed filings.
