Filing Fees For Missouri Incorporations Missouri incorporation fees are based on the dollar amount of authorized capitol. The base minimum fee is $50 for up to $30,000 in authorized capitol. There is also an additional fee of $8.00 for issuance of a certified copy which will need in most cases to open a bank account. The total fee for the minimum authorized capitol is a total of $58.00. Check the fee schedule if your authorized capitol is more than $30,000 The documents in your incorporation package authorize a total of 10,000 shares of $0.01 par value stock. In this case, the minimum filing amount stated above would be applicable because the authorized capitol is under the $30,000 threshhold.
