These fees can be broken down as follows: Filing Fees $ 35.00 Registered Agent Designation $ 35.00 Certified Copy (optional) $ 8.75 TOTAL $ 78.75 Note that although Certified copies are optional, you will normally need to provide a certified copy to your banker in order to open a banking account and may need the certification for other purposes. Therefore, it is normally advisable to obtain the Certified Copy.
