Arizona Publication Requirement

Arizona requires corporations to publish their Articles of Incorporation in a newspaper of general circulation within sixty (60) days after filing with the Commission. The publication must occur in a newspaper in the county of the known place of business of the Corporation. Publication must take place for three (3) consecutive publications. Publication should only be made AFTER you receive your approved Articles of Incorporation from the Commission. You must file and Affidavit of Publication with the Commission within ninety (90) days after your Articles of Incorporation are filed.
