Filing Fees For Connecticut Incorporations

Initial incorporation fees in Connecticut consist of 3 components.

There is fee of $200 for recording of the initial Certificate of Incorporation.

This includes a filing fee of $50 plus an additional Minimum Franchise Tax Fee of $150 for authorized share amounts up to 20,000 shares. You incorporation forms are set up for the minimum fee. If you wish to authorize more than 20,000 shares of stock, you will need to contact the Connecticut incorporations office to determine your fee.

Within 30 days of holding your organizational meeting, you are required to file a First Report which requires and additional fee of $75.00

Your E-Book incorporation documents suggest you start out with 1,000 shares and assumes this $200 filing fee (including the document filing fee and minimum franchise tax payment. If you plan to authorize more than 20,000 shares, please consult the the state office for the fee amount
