Registered Agents and Registered Offices Georgia Corporate Statutes require each Corporation that is formed in Georgia to continuously maintain a Registered Office and Registered Agent within the State of Georgia. The Registered Agent may be an individual or a corporation; provided that such individual or corporation must maintain a Registered Office within the State of Georgia.
