Our Corporate
Kit E-Book Contains The Internal Revenue Service Forms and complete
instructions for filling out the forms and obtaining a Federal Taxpayer
Identification Number for your Corporation.

You should carefully fill out the form
and follow the instructions. The instructions for Form SS-4 contain
the address where the completed form can be transmitted by regular
mail. However, you should be aware that there is a substantial delay
in obtaining an EIN if you simply mail the application to the Internal
Revenue Service.
SUGGESTION - The process can be
speeded by calling the Internal Revenue Service at the telephone number
that is included in the instructions. An IRS representative will take
information over the telephone and issue you an Employer Identification
Number at that time. You must then either fax or mail the completed
application to the IRS. The IRS will follow-up by mailing written
confirmation of your EIN.
