Annual
Reports and Filings
Each Arizona Corporation
must file an annual report and certificate of disclosure with the
Arizona Corporation Commission- Division of Corporations. Failure
to file the annual report on a timely basis will lead to administrative
dissolution of your Corporation.

annual report and certificate of disclosure is $45.00.
